  • bunch cilantro leaves 
  • piece ginger fresh peeled cut into chunks
  • tablespoons garam masala 
  •  garlic cloves peeled
  •  juice of lime 
  • pounds lamb chops deveined peeled cut into 1-inch pieces), or shrimp ( and )
