  • cup buttermilk well-shaken
  • 0.5 cup plus light
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • cups greek yogurt plain greek-style
  • cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Warm sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring, until sugar has dissolved.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl and cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.

  4. Freeze yogurt in ice cream maker.
