  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin

  • 0.3 cup pimientos jarred drained chopped
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour over cheese. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
