  • teaspoon garlic salt with parsley
  •  spring onion chopped
  • 1.5 pounds pd of ground turkey 
  •  hawaiian rolls french toasted
  • leaves lettuce mixed sliced
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • tablespoons wine 

Equipment

  • grill pan

Directions

  1. Gently combine first 5 ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 (4-inch) patties.
  2. Heat a cast-iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties in pan 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done.
  3. Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
