  • 0.3 teaspoon mustard dry
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • cup green onions chopped
  • tablespoon bell pepper green finely chopped
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.8 cup oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon onion powder 
  • 0.8 cup orange juice 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  onion red halved thinly sliced
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 14 cups watermelon cubed

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine watermelon and onion; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine orange juice, vinegar, honey, green pepper and seasonings; slowly whisk in oil.
  3. Pour over watermelon mixture; toss gently.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve with a slotted spoon.
