  • servings uncook pizza crust 
  • tbsp tomato purée 
  •  garlic clove 
  • handful olives black pitted
  • large handful cherry tomatoes halved
  • tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • tbsp capers drained
  • 200 tuna in brine flaked drained canned
  • handful basil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 230C/fan 210C/gas
  2. Spread the pizza base with tomato pure. Scatter over the garlic, olives, tomatoes and half the oil.
  3. Bake for 10 mins until the tomatoes start to colour and the base is crisp.
  4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle over the capers, tuna and basil, drizzle with oil, then serve.
