  • 0.3 cup blanched almonds and whole
  • 0.8 cup carrots shredded
  • teaspoon ginger grated
  • cup snow peas fresh chinese ()
  • ounces dole pineapple tidbits drained canned
  • pound pork tenderloin cut into 3x 1/2-inch strips
  • tablespoon rice vinegar 
  • cups the salad mixed
  • tablespoon hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.Cook pork in oil 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pinkin center.
  2. Shake reserved pineapple juice, rice vinegar, oil, hoisin sauce andgingerroot in tightly covered container.
  3. Mix pineapple tidbits, pork and remaining ingredients in largebowl.
  4. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
  5. Serve immediately.
