  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • 15 ounce black beans rinsed drained canned
  • ounce tomato sauce canned
  •  to 3 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce canned drained chopped
  • cup whole-kernel corn frozen
  • 10 8-inch flour tortillas fat-free ()
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • pound ground sirloin 
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
