  • tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup corn frozen
  • tablespoon juice of lime 
  • 0.8 cup beef broth fat-free
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup shallots finely chopped

Directions
