- 12 servings chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
- 1 tablespoon spring onion diced
- 6 hardboiled eggs peeled
- 1 small jalapeno seeded finely chopped
- 0.3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese shredded
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard yellow

- Cut eggs in half crosswise; carefully remove yolks, and place in a small bowl.
