  • fillet fish fillet boneless white such as haddock, hoki, pollock ( 140g 5oz each)
  • tbsp penzey's southwest seasoning 
  • tbsp unrefined sunflower oil 
  • 200 guacamole 
  • handful cilantro leaves roughly chopped
  • servings lime wedges
