Ingredients

  • 10 oz canned tomatoes diced green undrained canned
  • cup four cheese shredded with a touch of philadelphia mexican style kraft
  • 1.5 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • lb extra-lean ground beef 
  • Tbsp cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • cup regular corn frozen
  •  green onions chopped
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • oz taco bellâ® taco seasoning mix 
  • cups water

Directions

  1. Brown meat with peppers and onions in large nonstick skillet.
  2. Stir in water, taco seasoning mix and tomatoes; bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally and adding corn after 5 min.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Top with cheese; cover.
  5. Let stand 2 min. or until melted.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro.
