Ingredients

  • pound bacon 
  • 0.8 cup spring onion chopped
  • cups mayonnaise 
  • ounce ranch seasoning 
  • pounds potatoes - remove skin red unpeeled

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  2. Add whole potatoes, and cook until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Drain, run under cold water to cool, and chop into 1 inch cubes.
