  • 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon ground ginger fresh (such as Spice World)
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • 12 ounces pan drippings from roast beef preferably thinly sliced
  • 0.8 teaspoon sugar
