  • tablespoon butter 
  • tablespoon chili paste depending on your taste pref (sambal oelek)
  • cup plus 
  • teaspoon ginger fresh grated peeled
  • teaspoon lemon grass fresh grated
  • cup roasted cashews salted coarsely chopped
  • cups sugar 
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions
