  •  carrots cut into strips
  • cups rice long-grain white cooked
  • 0.3 cup miracle whip dressing 
  • small bell pepper red cut into strips
  • Tbsp soya sauce

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Mix dressing, soy sauce and barbecue sauce until blended.
  3. Add to meat mixture; toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
