  • 0.5 cup bean sprouts fresh
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh
  • teaspoon ginger fresh grated peeled
  • tablespoons mint leaves fresh
  • tablespoon green onions chopped
  • tablespoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • tablespoon peanut butter reduced-fat
  • tablespoons onion red vertically sliced
  • tablespoons rice wine vinegar 
  • teaspoon sriracha such as huy fong) hot
  • tablespoons water
