  • handful cilantro leaves chopped ()
  • tablespoon coconut milk 
  • tablespoon fish sauce for vegetarian (or soy sauce )
  • handful mint leaves chopped ()
  •  green onions sliced ()
  •  juice of lime (juice)
  • tablespoon coconut sugar grated ()
  •  bell pepper red thinly sliced ()
  • tablespoon roasted peanuts chopped ()

  1. Mix the bean sprouts, carrot, red pepper, green onion, cilantro and mint in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and birds eye chili in a small bowl.
