Ingredients

  • lb pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 24 oz potatoes refrigerated mashed
  • teaspoons horseradish prepared
  • cup provolone cheese shredded
  • cup milk 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh italian chopped (flat-leaf)
  • 14 oz roasted cranberry sauce whole canned
  • sprigs parsley fresh
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook turkey, onion, salt and pepper over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Sprinkle turkey mixture in pie plate.
  4. Meanwhile, cook mashed potatoes in microwave as directed on package. In small bowl, mix 2 cups of the potatoes and the horseradish. (Reserve remaining potatoes for a later use.)
  5. Spread potatoes evenly over turkey mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. In small bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, eggs and parsley until blended.
  8. Pour over cheese.
  9. Bake 28 to 32 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Top each serving with cranberry sauce.
  11. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
