  • cup cheese shredded mexican style kraft finely
  •  bell pepper green cut into thin strips
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoon oregano dried
  • tablespoons sherry vinegar 
  • pound chicken breast boneless skinless cut into bite-size pieces
