  • cup three cheese shredded with a touch of philadelphia, divided kraft
  • 9-inch deep-dish pie crust frozen ()
  •  eggs 
  • cup mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • cup onions and broccoli fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup roasted peppers red chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook mushrooms, onions and broccoli in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in vegetable mixture, red peppers and 1/2 cup cheese; pour into pie crust.
  5. Place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 35 min. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 to 10 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
