  • tablespoon ginger fresh peeled finely chopped
  • large garlic clove minced
  • cup peas green frozen
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper dried red hot
  • teaspoon sesame oil 
  • tablespoon sesame seed toasted
  • oz snow peas trimmed
  • teaspoon soya sauce 
  • oz sugar snap peas trimmed
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, then stir-fry garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add sugar snaps and snow peas and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add frozen peas and stir-fry until hot, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, then stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with salt.
