  • teaspoon garlic salt 
  • 10 ounce sauce sweet sour
  • pounds meatballs frozen thawed cooked
  • 20 ounce pineapple chunks drained canned
  • medium bell pepper red cubed
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper flakes red crushed to taste
