  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • tablespoon rice vinegar 
  • 1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil 
  • pound water-packed tuna drained cut into 1/2-inch cubes reduced-fat
