  •  garlic clove chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  •  serrano chiles fresh seeded chopped
  • pound tomatillos fresh husked rinsed quartered
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • 0.5 large onion white cut into 4 wedges
