  • 21 servings bread; french cubed cooked lightly toasted toasted chopped
  • tablespoon butter 
  • 29 oz fire-roasted tomatoes canned
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 0.3 cup onion sweet chopped
  • teaspoon tomato paste

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic, and saut 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and lemon zest, and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes.
