  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • servings kosher salt 
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • cups plum tomatoes cored finely chopped
  •  serrano chiles minced seeded
  • servings tortilla chips (for serving)
  • cup onion white minced

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes and chiles in a mediumbowl.
  2. Place minced onion in a strainer;rinse under cold water for 10 seconds.
