The star of this dish is the flank steak, marinated to perfection with a delightful blend of flavors. The combination of garlic, fresh lime juice, and a hint of hot pepper sauce creates a tantalizing marinade that infuses the meat with a zesty kick. The addition of scallions and toasted sesame oil adds a unique twist, making every bite a burst of flavor.

Grilling the steak to a perfect medium-rare ensures that it remains juicy and tender, while the caramelization from the grill adds a beautiful char that enhances the overall taste. After resting, the steak is sliced thinly against the grain, making it easy to enjoy in a variety of ways—whether on its own, in a salad, or as part of a hearty wrap.
