  • servings canola oil 
  •  eggs 
  • tablespoons garlic minced
  • tablespoons ginger minced
  • cups day-old rice long grain cooked
  • servings salt to taste
  • bunch scallions white green separated chopped
  • tablespoons soya sauce thin
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper white
  •  lapchang diced with 4 strips of cooked bacon chinese canned ( sausage)

Directions

  1. In a wok, add 2 tablespoons of oil and quickly soft-scramble the eggs.
  2. Remove the eggs. In the same wok, coat with oil and stir-fry garlic and ginger.
  3. Add white scallions and lapchang.
  4. Add rice and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add soy sauce, white pepper and scrambled eggs. Check for seasoning.
  6. Serve immediately.
