  • 200 water-packed tuna drained canned
  • 400 butter beans drained and rinsed canned
  • 250 cherry tomatoes halved
  • tbsp olive oil 
  • 0.5  juice of lemon 
  • tsp dijon mustard 
  • 20 flat parsley roughly chopped
