Ingredients

  • servings pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons celery minced
  • teaspoon flat-leaf parsley minced
  • 0.3 cup mayonnaise prepared
  • 12 ounce meat tuna white packed in water, drained canned
  • tablespoons onion red cold minced drained for 5 minutes and
  • tablespoon whole-grain mustard

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl break up the tuna with a fork. Toss with the celery, onion, and parsley.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard and season with pepper, to taste. Stir to combine.
  3. Add lemon juice, to taste, if using. Cook's note: Substitute 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard for the whole-grain mustard and add 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
