  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black divided freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon fennel seeds finely chopped
  • tablespoons mint leaves fresh finely chopped

  • tablespoons onion red finely chopped

  • 0.3 cup tangerine juice fresh
  • 24 ounce sushi-grade shiro/magura yellowfin tuna steaks split
