  •  cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 15 ounces chickpeas cooked drained canned (1 can or)
  • 0.5 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 
  • medium cucumber peeled seeded cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • cloves garlic finely minced
  • tablespoons harissa to taste
  • ounces olives black sliced
  •  pepperoncini peppers stemmed sliced
  • servings salt to taste
  • 0.5 sheet nori seaweed crumbled
  • tablespoons mayonnaise
