This Turbo Chicken recipe is a quick and easy way to get a delicious, juicy, and perfectly cooked chicken on the table in under an hour. It's a simple dish with a big payoff, making it perfect for busy weeknights or casual weekend dinners. The chicken is marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, salt, and calamondin, giving it a savory and slightly tangy flavor. The turbo broiler ensures that the chicken cooks evenly and efficiently, resulting in moist and tender meat with a nice crispy skin.

The gravy is an essential component of this dish. It's made with the drippings from the chicken, flour, and a few simple seasonings. This gravy adds a depth of flavor and moisture to the chicken and is perfect for drizzling over rice or mashed potatoes. You can also add some chopped bell peppers to the gravy for an extra burst of flavor and color.

This recipe is a great option for those who want a tasty and healthy meal without spending hours in the kitchen. The chicken is a good source of protein, and the marinade adds a boost of flavor without any artificial ingredients. The turbo broiler also helps to retain the nutrients in the chicken, making it a nutritious and satisfying dish for the whole family.
