- 9 ounces asian egg noodles fresh
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger minced
- 0.3 cup green onions sliced
- 0.8 cup chicken broth reduced-sodium
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce reduced-sodium
- 2 cups mushrooms quartered
- 1 cup bell pepper red sliced
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken cut cubed cooked
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1.5 teaspoons sesame seed toasted
- 8 ounces snow peas
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and spread out on a serving platter.
- Heat oils in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, mushrooms, and snow peas and cook until fragrant and peas are bright green, about 4 minutes.
