Ingredients

  • ounces asian egg noodles fresh
  • tablespoons garlic minced
  • tablespoons ginger minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions sliced
  • 0.8 cup chicken broth reduced-sodium
  • tablespoons soya sauce reduced-sodium
  • cups mushrooms quartered
  • cup bell pepper red sliced
  • cups rotisserie chicken cut cubed cooked
  • tablespoon sesame oil 
  • 1.5 teaspoons sesame seed toasted
  • ounces snow peas 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and spread out on a serving platter.
  2. Heat oils in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, mushrooms, and snow peas and cook until fragrant and peas are bright green, about 4 minutes.
  4. Add turkey, broth, and soy sauce and cook, stirring once, until mixture is hot, about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour over noodles and sprinkle with onions and sesame seeds.
