  • tablespoon parsley flakes dried
  • teaspoon mustard dry
  • tablespoons yogurt plain fat-free
  • tablespoons catsup reduced-calorie
  • 0.5 cup onion red chopped ( 1 small)
  • pound turkey raw freshly ground
