  • 0.3 large cucumber english seeded cut into 3-inch long sticks
  • teaspoons honey 
  • large lettuce leaves red
  • 0.3 large bell pepper red sliced
  • slices turkey breast

Directions

  1. Watch how to make this recipe.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the Dijon mustard and honey until well combined.
  3. Lay a slice of turkey on a plate or cutting board.
  4. Spread a 1/2 teaspoon of the honey-mustard mixture widthwise along the turkey about 2 inches from the end of the slice.
  5. Place a piece of lettuce on top, then a couple of sticks of cucumber and slices of red pepper. Top with a basil leaf and roll it all up in the turkey slice.
