The star of this recipe is the combination of tender turkey breast tenderloins and sweet, caramelized onions. The cooking process begins with browning the tenderloins in a skillet, infusing them with a golden crust. Then, the addition of dry white wine or chicken broth creates a flavorful sauce that keeps the turkey moist and juicy. As the turkey simmers, the onions take center stage, slowly caramelizing in butter, brown sugar, thyme, and pepper. This process transforms them into a rich, sweet, and savory topping that perfectly complements the turkey.
