Ingredients

  • 15 oz cannellini beans white rinsed mashed drained canned ( kidney)
  •  eggs slightly beaten
  • 10 ounces spinach frozen thawed chopped
  • 0.3 cup salad dressing italian
  • 1.3 cups milk 
  • ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup slivered almonds 
  • 1.5 cups turkey diced cooked
  • 1.3 cups frangelico 
  • 1.3 cups frangelico 

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • oven
  • knife
  • springform pan

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix Bisquick mix, dressing and beans.
  3. Spread in bottom and 2 inches up side of springform pan, 9x3 inches.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set.
  5. Layer with turkey, spinach and cheese.
  6. Mix eggs and milk; pour over cheese.
  7. Sprinkle evenly with almonds.
  8. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes. Loosen edge of torta from side of pan; remove side of pan.
