  • lb baking potatoes 
  • 0.5 cup knudsen cream sour
  •  green onions chopped
  • 0.5 cup classic ranch dressing kraft
  • oz velveetaâ cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • oz velveetaâ cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
  3. Bake 1 hour or until tender. Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  4. Cut thin slice off top of each potato. Discard tops; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Mash potatoes.
  5. Add dressing, sour cream and onions; mix well. Spoon into shells; top with VELVEETA.
  6. Place in shallow baking dish.
  7. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
