  • 12 large 24 farm-raised oysters on the half-shell 
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.7 cup colby cheese shredded
  • 0.7 cup grape tomatoes chopped
  • pinch seasoning italian
  • serving salt and pepper to taste
