  • tablespoons brown sugar 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoons catsup 
  •  onion chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  •  chicken breast boneless skinless
  • tablespoon soya sauce

  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. In a shallow glass bowl combine the onion, salt, pepper, honey, ketchup, sugar and soy sauce.
  2. Mix all together.
