  • 0.5 cup dutch-processed cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 0.3 cup cornstarch 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 2.5 cups milk 
  • 0.3 cup butter cut into pieces

Directions

  2. Remove from heat; gently stir in butter and vanilla until butter is melted.
  3. Pour into large bowl; cover surface directly with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming. Cool 10 minutes.
