  • 0.3 cup beef broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • 1.5 lb beef sirloin steak cut into strips
  • Tbsp butter 
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese spread 
  • cups noodles hot cooked
  • oz mushrooms fresh sliced
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 
  • Tbsp milk 
  • 0.5 cup onions chopped
  • 0.3 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese spread, milk and garlic powder until blended.
  2. Cook meat and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until meat is done.
  3. Remove from skillet; drain. Cover to keep warm.
  4. Add butter to skillet; cook until melted.
  5. Add mushrooms and pepper; cook 5 to 6 min. or until mushrooms are tender.
  6. Add cream cheese mixture; cook and stir 2 min. Return meat mixture to skillet; stir in broth. Cook 5 min.
  7. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  8. Serve over noodles; sprinkle with parsley.
