  • ounce zatarain's® beans and rice mix red
  • pound turkey sausage smoked sliced
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 3.3 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add sausage; brown on both sides.
  3. Stir in Rice
  4. Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in green onions.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
