- 1 Tbsp rosemary fresh chopped
- 2 Tbsp garlic minced
- 0.3 cup olive oil
- 0.3 cup polly-o part skim mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1.5 cups classico tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 1.5 lb veal loin chops thick-cut

- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and preheat oven to 350F. Rub chops with combined oil, garlic and rosemary. Grill 4 min. on each side.
