  • 1.5 teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • 195 extra-firm tofu pressed drained
  • 15 ml juice of lemon 
  • 35 cashew pieces raw fine
  • teaspoon rice wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Directions
