Ingredients

  •  garlic clove finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup sauce 
  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1-inch pieces
  • cups savory vegetable shredded assorted (bell peppers, broccoli flowerets, carrots)
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in 12-inch skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add chicken; stir-fry about 3 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet.
  5. Add vegetables and garlic; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Add chicken and stir-fry sauce. Cook and stir about 2 minutes or until hot.
