  • medium bell pepper red cut into thin strips
  • 0.3 cup chicken broth 
  • tablespoon curry powder 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • lb broccoli frozen (or other combination)
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.3 cup mint-cilantro chutney spread shopping list 
  • cups couscous hot cooked
  • 0.3 cup peanuts chopped

Directions
