  • lb leg of lamb boneless cut into 1-1/4-inch chunks
  • Tbsp juice of lemon 
  • tsp oregano leaves dried
  •  bell pepper red cut into 1-inch chunks
  • small onion red cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
  • small zucchini cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread meat and vegetables alternately onto 4 skewers.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients; brush onto kabobs.
  4. Grill 12 to 14 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 7 min.
